Super Skills training is held at Whitelands College, University of Roehampton.
Register for training if you are a Teacher, a Head Teacher, a Service Provider to education or a Commissioner of Health in education service.

Cost per person:
Super Skills training costs £30 per person (to cover workshop material, children’s workbook and faciliator’s manual, refreshments and lunch). Super Skills training is offered on a not-for-profit basis.

Content of the training:
The workshop will cover the following topics:

Prevalence, comorbidity, and course and outcome of anxiety and depression in children and adolescents

Risk and protective factors of anxiety and depression

Theoretical basis of Super Skills for Life programme

Delivering and evaluating Super Skills in various settings
’During the workshop participants will have the opportunity to practice how to deliver these components.
Training Modalities:
The training methods will include didactic teaching, case examples, role plays, exercises, and small group work.
